Magnolia grandiflora Greenback is a hardy evergreen magnolia known for its glossy green foliage, soft brown undersides on new leaves and large fragrant white flowers. With a full pyramidal habit and dependable performance across a wide range of soils and climates, it is widely used for screening, hedging and feature planting. Strong foliage presence and a steady growth rate make it a versatile choice for residential landscapes, formal designs and coastal gardens requiring structure and year round greenery.
